So apparently full refund doesn't mean all of your money back it really means all of your money back minus 30,000 yen or around $300. No love H.I.S. Travel, no love!
We still canceled though and I have a ticket back to Cincinnati after a few near heart attacks. Why does the price jump up hundreds of dollars with multiple layovers in a day but when I check three hours later it's back to what I saw last night? Are you trying to make me mad kayak and orbitz?
